Once you figure out the parking its actually convenient. The front desk and housekeeping staff are wonderful. The room was basic but functional, comfortable and clean. The balconies are unfurnished and noisy.

A bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Great west loop location. Easy walk from Union or Ogilvie train stations. Staff was very friendly.

The door handle on the sliding glass door to the balcony was broken on the inside and non existent on the outside. The exhaust fan didnt work in the bathroom. The headboard was sticky from people putting their greasy heads on it.
