Our Chicago Summer Hotel

We loved our stay! We chose this location for the pool and it did not disappoint. Great proximity to all of the popular areas like Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue and the Chicago River. Several parking options close too if you don’t park on site.

Had to cancel, no communication from hotel

I booked a 4 night stay but had to cancel in the last minute. I kept calling the hotel to cancel (unable to on the app), hoping to get a partial refund for nights 3 and 4. Every time I did this I got hung up on. I was never able to cancel and got charged the full amount. I felt like this was on purpose. I also never got a courtesy call for never having checked in.
