The heater was making loud noises. Every few hours we got in kinda late, my daughter and my grandbaby. By the time we heard the first loud noise it was just passed Midnight couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night. When checking I informed the front desk the staffer said you should’ve told us when you heard it. I was like after we’re in bed and everybody’s asleep 2 o’clock in the morning? He said sorry to hear that and that’s all I got from him for the price and it’s supposed to be a good hotel which came highly recommended very disappointing. Will never stay there again.

The only problem that I had was the height of the beds . They were very hard to get into and out of. After getting into the bed it was comfortable. Almost needed a step stool to get in the bed.
