After several stays at this location, I find the rooms continuously clean and the beds comfortable. The rest has varied by visit. Unless I've missed it and it isn't noticeable, the doors aren't automatic and there isn't handicap access. The check in desk experience varies greatly depending on the on-duty staff. The hallway carpet was noticeably worn, the room door squeaky and parking can be a challenge where it's most convenient. The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans. We did however, receive water and cookies at check in. Despite any short comings, my kid loves this place and we'll continue staying here unless we experience a significant problem.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were nice and tidy, however, some items/areas needed attention. Lotion and soap container were empty, had to ask for new containers. Most disturbing was the room coffee maker. Found old used filters pods inside the coffee machine. Other than that, everything else was nice.

We had the best stay at this hotel. The beds were super comfy and the Frank Loyde Wright design inspiration made it extra special. We will absolutely come back and stay here. The pool is awesome too!

Room was by the elevator. We stayed for 5 nights. You would think they would have gave us a better room. The elevator was loud all night. The ac barely cooled the room and was loud. There was a musky smell around elevator and hallway by the room.
