This was a great hotel for my family. The kids loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were as expected. I would stay here again!! Don’t hesitate in booking this!

We got a room for 6 people, 3 Adults and 3 kids, the house keeping was nonexistent, no one came to clean the room, we had to ask for new towels everyday and old ones where not picked up. trash was never picked up and when we had a rain storm the windows leaked, when we called about the leak, a hotel employee came up and after a few minutes came back, handed us some extra towels and linen in the event that the leak reached the bed, house keeping did not come in to do anything including making the bed, I was very disappointed with this experience, I have stay in embassy suites multiple times for work, never had any issues like this. My recommendations is to fine another hotel in the area

We paid for premium rooms and we were right by the elevator (noise up and down) and the most foot traffic in the hotel. Not sure paying a premium for the view was worth it if you can’t get a good nights sleep.

The rooms were spacious and our 3 rooms had good views. Enjoyed the breakfasts and happy hour, plus convenient parking. Our only complaint was 2 days no one made up our room and one of our rooms had to beg for towels each day.

Loved the location. Right in the heart of things and with a lake view. Service was bad. In evenings no one answered phones except bell stand. Room service closed early one night with no notice. Had to steal a roll of toilet paper from a maid’s cart the first morning we were there. Asked for washcloths - they only had hand towels. Had to ask repeatedly for snack trays that were part of the premium room package. Bell stand staff were excellent.
