8/10 Good

The number one perk of this property is the dedicated parking space. If driving yourself, parking is a must in this neighborhood. Let’s start with the good- the kitchen was spacious and has newer appliances. The neighborhood is good for exploring downtown. The “meh” - it would have been nice to have coffee options other than French roast or super dark coffee. No salt to be found. Dishes have to be washed by hand and I’m not sure if there were any dish towels. These issues are easily resolved. There is no natural light in the space. It feels like a basement apartment. The clincher - the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. The couch is terrible and the side chairs are hard. If you are just going to sleep here and don’t plan on hanging out, it will work for you. If you have any mobility issues, getting in and out of the apartment will be a problem. Overall, this is a property suited for younger travelers who need parking and want this neighborhood.
