My reservation was canceled with no notice from Expedia or the hotel. When I was trying to check in and was told it was canceled, all I was told is there’s nothing that could be done for me. It was a terrible experience to start our family trip.

Hotel needs to re-arrange their breakfast arrangement. They should move pancakes section to a separate table, it currently holds up the breakfast queue.. Grubhub does not deliver any cutlery in online orders to this hotel. They should inform during check-In & also put a note in hotel rooms about availability of cutlery near hotel front desk.

Not the best, poor room cleaning and service. Went multiple Days without service. Toilet ran continuously and overflowed maintenance came up to fix fairly swiftly but then housekeeping didn’t want to clean up that night despite towels all over the floor. They did clean but were upset they had to do it and called down to complain to someone. Sink didn’t drain well. Pillows were comfortable.
