Everything was excellent but a lot of the plugs in the room did not work. They were too loose, from things being pulled out of them. Staff did offer to have someone take a look but it was while we were out of the room and our purses were in there.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites! The customer service was phenomenal, a huge thank you to Tia and the manager for being extremely accommodating and quickly resolving any issues. I also received great service from Christian, the maintenance and housekeeping teams, and the cafe staff. My room was beautiful with an excellent view, and the location is perfect; so many attractions were within walking distance or just a short drive away. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites this Valentine’s Day! The check-in process was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free. My room was clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed for a perfect stay in Chicago. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the customer service. Damazo, who checked me in, went above and beyond. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind — the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel valued as a guest. His positive energy really set the tone for the entire stay. Great location, great room, and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!

Worst customer service ive ever experienced. They had an attitude when i called to explain the pool was closed even though i specifically called to ask if it was open before booking. Microwave didnt work. The elevator stopped at the floor and then dropped two floors on me and a lady which scared both of us. The door for the room was not flush and wouldnt close all the way. This place is not cheap, you would think its a great hotel but its actually pretty terrible

The room was super clean with an amazing view and super conveniently located near the elevators. The staff was very friendly and got everything done that I needed! The amenities were also very nice, just with the pool was open.

The staff was very friendly & was readily available to help with any requests. Very quiet & central to everything especially if you are in a group or solo traveling. The area & overall hotel location felt very safe. Definitely will stay here again when visiting chicago.
