I loved it here it was so nice a little bar to escape the kids when they fell asleep got a little alone time together in the heated pool it was awesome the only terrible thing was a Lady at the desk when we were walking into the building we had so many bags in our hands so we couldn't go through the turn styles we used the handicap doors that opened up when you pressed the button and she screamed at us and was very rude to not use those doors again I tried explaining that the larger turn doors were not working and we could not fit through the smaller one and she yelled at us and explained that she does not care she is cold so we better not use them again and many people came in after us and she said nothing I think racism was involved but we just brought the rest of our luggage one by one through the small turn style door so we did not have any issues with her again because we were on a vacation we just wanted to escape all that for those few days we were there because of this we will not be staying there again but other than that it was so nice there we loved everything else and the rest of the staff was so kind

Great place to stay downtown!

Great stay!

Amazing hotel and an even better view of the river. The only bad thing about the hotel was the fact that the housekeepers would still come in your room to clean even if you left a sign out! Half of the time we would come back and our sign on the door would be gone.
