Our room was not cleaned one day and when I asked, the young lady in the front desk with a rude facial expression said it was because the hotel was only 3 stars and they only cleaned when requested, I also found a big bug on the rooms curtain.

This hotel had such wonderful staff. They are on top of the cleaning! The only issue would be the homeless around the hotel but it wasn’t very bad just throughout the entire day mostly just at night
