From start to finish. The staff was very welcoming, respectful, and polite. They were very informative and caring to my needs and answered any questions I had. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. Dove handsoap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was absolutely refreshing. The room has decent local chanels including HBO. The gym has free weights up to 50, bench pad, 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and one bike. There are cables, accessories, matts, and rollers.
The breakfast buffet far exceeded my expectations and had many options. Scrambled eggs, egg bites, bacon, turkey sausage,potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread, personal jelly, butter, peanut butter, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. There was always food in the containers and juice in the dispensers. There are also ice and purified water dispensers next to the elevators. There are also snacks, food and beverages for sale in the lobby to include alcohol.
