The staff were really friendly. The location was nice. The hotel on the other hand was just kind of odd. Small room, shin-destroying bed frame w/drawers (wife and I both slammed into a few times in two days), no cups for drinking water (with a large $8 bottle of water presented for sale under tv), no coffee maker, no iron or ironing board, there was a handheld steamer (we were there for a wedding, so there was no way of getting creased lines on my outfit without iron), bathroom and shower were ok. To their credit, they did have a cucumber water station in the lobby, and coffee during breakfast. As I’m in the transportation industry, I have stayed easily thousands of hotels in my lifetime, of all different qualities and varieties and locations in the world, literally all of them have cups for drinking water, a coffee maker, and an iron. The staff was nice and courteous and quick at their jobs, that helped offset the lack of amenities.
