Everything was good at the Hyatt, staff were fabulous, the only downside is when you have to pay deposit they actually charge your credit card unlike say the Hilton they put a stop of 100 dollars on your card then realease it when leaving but the Hyatt doesn’t and it takes a few days to get your money back from them.

My flight was cancelled due to maintenance so I called to this hotel BEFORE check in and they did not want to move or cancel my reservation. I called both Expedia and Hyatt and none of them cares for their clients. I was left alone in the airport with my small children!! They did not cared and they kept my money. I don't recommend this place and I will take the legal steps to get make them accountable.

Well located, clean and modern hotel that does everything well without being outstanding. Staff were all helpful and dealt with things quickly. Soundproofing between rooms could be MUCH better though. The singing and loud TV at 1am and loud nocturnal activities at 3am from the room next door suggests they were *really* enjoying themselves but not great when you're jetlagged and need to attend morning meetings.

Helpful and friendly staff. It was very convenient you’re able to check out through the app as well as text the staff instead of calling or walking down. I always stay at Hyatt Place in the loop and look forward to each visit.
