This was the second time we stayed at Hyatt at this location. The people are great, from the Parking Garage to the Desk to all the service folks. Its close to many place to eat and shop, my wife and I were able to walk and didn't even need to get our car out of the garage. Any time were were going downtown to see the Green River and enjoy the eclectic downtown we used Uber and had no issues.

Awesome hotel! Loved the view from breakfast. Parking there was crazy expensive so we booked with SpotHero about half a mile away. The showerhead made the worst noise of my life, that was our only real issue.

I liked the easy check in and vallet parking. The bartending staff was amazing and welcoming. Nicole the bartender was Amazing she made us feel at home and so easy to talk with. Thank you Nicole. My dislikes were.. when i booked the room the photos werent really true. Our room looked like it had a private living room area with a pull out bed but it was all in the same room.. traveling with 5 people i assumed that the room was bigger than what was posted. The vallet parking was nice but a couple times we had to wait for about 15 20 mins for someone to come to park our car.. paying 50 dollars per night we didnt like that too much. Overall the hyatt place was a pleasant hotel to stay.. convient to downtown and nearby restaurants and bars.

Good location overall. Definitely get a room away from the street and intersection if possible. The road noise is pretty bad (so much so that they leave earplugs in your room).
