Rude staff and no organization

I was happy to stay at the Hyatt. But when checking in I paid deposit and the next day the manager and or staff member called and said the payment wasn’t made. I explained that we did make the payment . About an hour later the manager knocked on the door demanding I give them my card to charge . I showed the staff member my mobile app and the transaction that was deposit out my account . They still demanded I give them my card . Which I did and 10 minutes they knocked on the door and slipped my card under the door . Very rude and unacceptable

This was one the best regency hotels ive stayed at in the last year. The property was clean and the staff helpful. The in house restaurants food was great. Highly recommend and im looking forward to returned next year when our event returns.
