The room didn’t look like the pictures posted. The lobby was nice but everything outside of that looked out dated and worn out. The tv in the bedroom area kept freezing up . The toilet was leaking so every time someone would use it there would be water on the floor. The bed didn’t even have fitted sheets or a comforter. I paid almost $600 for a mediocre room. Not pleased at all. The staff was probably the best thing in there. They were very nice and polite outside the staff and lobby I would recommend ppl to stay here. It really needs an upgrade

Room was super clean with some updates. Tv isn’t smart tv so only cable is your only option. Enjoyed stay however, my bed that I had in my room was slopped n worn on one side of mattress so it was a little uncomfortable. Possibly just my room but it was an overall good stay.

I gotta say I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will book with them again if Im around chicago again. The room looks clean and VERY spacious with affordable price. It has heated pool and a gym. Also I paid extra to include the breakfast buffet during my visit which was worth it.
