We liked the excellent service, happy hour and complimentary continental breakfast. The carpets and flooring in the dining area were in really bad condition, as were the wood furniture pieces (lots of knicks and wear damage). If you're going to allow pets, more appropriate flooring needs to be installed. We loved the high pressure shower but hated the rust in our tub. The staff was top-notch...10/10 in friendly customer service.

Complimentary Breakfast was great and our Corgi appreciated that he was able to dine also. The bed was amazing ( King Tut ) was in his element and he also loved the gated area for his bathroom needs and the opportunity to have a run off his leash.

Terrific

Very clean hotel near many store, restaurants, and clubs. Room is extremely large compared to rooms I’ve had at other hotels in the area.

Kinzie was awesome because it did not systematically stench up the air and the rooms with toxic scents as do so many today, many even pouring it in through the HVAC system. I emailed and was informed that Kinzie is a hypoallergenic hotel and I wouldn't have to suffer. We have a WINNER! It was a great stay!

The happy hour and breakfast leave something to be desired. It feels like this may be an up and coming hotel. The amenities were really lacking and our tv apps did not work. The maintenance said that the hotel was booked so the Wi-Fi couldn’t work as well, but our other devices were connected just fine, so not sure what happened there. The VIP perk was two bottles of water, even though there were three of us, and the water was warm.

Weekend get away
