I travel often for both work and leisure, and I rarely give a hotel 5 stars across the board, but this stay was truly exceptional. I have no complaints at all! The entire team was incredible: friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel felt very safe, with key card access required for both entry and elevators. Amenities were excellent, including a daily happy hour with two complimentary beverages, unlimited bottled water from the front desk, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location couldn’t be better, very walkable with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. If you don’t want to use the hotel’s parking, there’s a convenient garage just a 30-second walk away. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and every detail made for a 10/10 experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Many thanks to all the friendly, very kind and professional front deck staff!! On the other hand, mattress is too soft. Comparing our last stay in 2011, we miss the previous breakfast and happy hour.
