Huge place great for a big party

The place is huge and really well maintained. The check in instructions were easy to follow and really detailed. It was also a really short walk from Wrigley and the surrounding bars

A Beautiful, Spacious Location

We loved this location. It was clean and well maintained. I actually thought it looked better in person than in the photos. It is perfect for families or large groups of friends. They provided everything we needed for the stay and it has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. My only regret was that I didn't convince more family to come on our Chicago trip because we had extra room.

Great space for a family to spend time

we had a group of 5 adults and a toddler-2 of us needed to work during the day and the WiFi was great!There was ample room to spread out and be away from each other when necessary- however the dining and kitchen areas were nicely updated and allowed us some super family meals. Beds were comfortable in all four bedrooms- and the baths were updated. Be prepared to climb three flights of stairs with your bags-and the parking spot- while convenient, is a pita to use-pretty tight quarters. Good value for the money- I would highly recommend.

Chicago trip

The property was BETTER than advertised! The location and everything you needed was included to make it great. My son "ran" into the owner outside and he was as gracious as can be. I would recommend him and this property to anyone. It was actually a pleasure to stay there.

Great Property

Five star. Fours guys stayed 2 nights. We each had our own large comfortable bed and bedroom and shared two bathrooms. The unit was very clean and is a 20 minute walk (about a mile) from Wrigley Field. Property location is on a dead end street and therefore quiet. When we arrived, the one parking spot was occupied but the property manager was immediately responsive and a handyman removed his car within minutes. A manual for operation of the televisions would be useful.

Great location

We went to visit our son and his family. The location was great in that it was close to them, Lake Michigan, restaurants, and downtown. We took the bus to downtown/Navy Pier, and it couldn't have been easier. Three generations of family stayed in the vrbo., including young children. The apartment was VERY spacious and comfortable. It had all the comforts of home and all the amenities we needed. Our only complaint was that the coffeemaker hadn't been cleaned. We would definitely stay there again.

We were cautiously optimistic about this property given the number of beds, but it was very clean, plenty of space, well kept. Will was very responsive from the time we booked to even when we were staying at the property with any questions or concerns.

Great Flat and Close to Wrigley

Space was perfect for our crew of guys attending a series at Wrigley. Excellent condition. Parking space was welcome. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Wrigley.

Family Trip

Will was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The location was perfect! We parked our cars and didn’t move them until we left. We were able to walk everywhere. Bus passes were super affordable and bus stops were easy to walk to. This apartment is big! There was plenty of space for our family. I would caution anyone who struggles with stairs though because there is no elevator. The back stairs are narrow and spiral. The front stairs are wider and not spiral. Maybe bring two smaller suitcases instead of one big heavy one
