Wonderful location. Good sized rooms and very comfortable accommodations. Classic hotel with wonderful staff! Be sure to check out the classic bar across the street at the Drake.

The place suffers from deferred maintenance and cheap management. For example, worn carpeting, cheap supplies, lack of the little thoughtful touches that are typical in a better hotel. Staff are amazing so it isn’t a people problem, it's a budget problem.

I travel a lot, and needed something last minute. Although I did not have to stay in this hotel for longer than 36 hours the time spent was below average for sure. The room was very muggy and outdated. The soap, shampoo and lotion were all expired by more than two years. There was a tinge of smoke odor in my particular room. Carpet was all stained, bathroom could’ve been cleaned better, there was absolutely no view at all, no sunlight to came through just a concrete wall to look at. The only saving grace was the lady who checked me in was super friendly. They charge an amenities/facility fee which they need to do away with that because there’s nothing luxurious about this place at all, I couldn’t even print a document I needed. Would not recommend 2/5.
