The room was great and nice price. Check in process was the worst with numerous steps required online. Charged a destination fee and many features of the hotel, bar and restaurant as well as fitness center were not available.

Room was extremely small, dated and worn. When I checked VIP perk wasn’t available, bar and restaurant closed. They did however, credit me the destination fee, which should’ve been automatic since I am a resident of the city.

The hallway leading up to the room had carpet that looked like it was flooded. Dark stains throughout the hallway. Room was slightly outdated with peeling wallpaper. Staff was courteous enough. Love the location and this is my second time at this hotel, I wish the room would have been in better condition.

The staff was great. Valet parking was a little confusing because I was told there was a number on their ticket for texting to get the vehicle but there was none. Also many areas of the hotel smelled badly of weed. It was coming in to the room from hallways and stairwells. The hotel could use some remodeling. We did not want a handicapped accessible room and got one. We took a shower and all the water ended up over the entire bathroom floor.
