Was having some remodeling done at out home so we decided to stay at a motel 6 cause there motto is "We'll leave the light on"........ So we chose the one located at 2881 Touhy ave. In Elk Grove ave . Terrible Customer actually Horrific management this lady was far from professional and was extremely rude was arguing with ny wife about parking and a tually told me to get off of my phone while i speak to her and then began rolling her eyes and pretty much flaring up her chest and telling us What. I di not understand why she kept saying that but i found out that is an invitation to fight SMH. Then as i hung up the phone with my 13 year old daughter who was telling me about her day , This so called Professional told us that she dosent feel like giving us a room and refused is service. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional shame on Motel 6 for hiring such a person and i believe she should not have the privilege pf being in such a position. And we know this is not her first time beacause s b e was being ruse to the maintenance worker at the same time ..... so she was multi tasking rudeness ......

Fair condition for the price rate. Roaches come out from the bathtub drain overnight. They change towels every other day. Had to use a set for two days. Halls have a weird smell and the elevator, while functional, feels like is about to fall apart. Plenty of weird noises overnight.

- if you arrive early, you have to pay $15 for early check in - they will not help holding your baggages after you check out - the area was not safe, and the people living in it too You literally get what you pay for or even less than that

It was basically everything you expected from a motel 6. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is there daily to change towels and collect the trash. The beds are comfortable and they installed new windows in all of the rooms. Except for the fruit flies, Rollie pollies, and spiders in my room, I enjoyed my stay. I only wished all their rooms had at least a refrigerator and more than one microwave for use in the lobby, or at least clean the microwave out daily. Also no WIFI available during my entire stay.
