Muriel from front desk was Outstanding!! Her knowledge and dedication to making us feel like at Home was wonderful! She answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions. Wonderful service, large and comfortable room, though the bench in our room was not very sturdy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and I enjoyed their spacious and modern gym.

Great Hotel

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very clean and very pretty. Everyone was friendly and attentive to us. Great location as well. Just know that parking is $79/night and valet is the only option because the structure they use is down the street. Also, know that there is a separate $35 destination fee added on to the price of the room. I believe it is per day. Outside of knowing about those fees, I would definitely make this hotel a regular for when I'm in Chicago.
