Best service around! Won't stay elsewhere!

This hotel is amazing!! The best quality for the most affordable price. The location was perfect (1/2 block from the subway and 2 blocks from the 1 train. Clean. Spacious rooms compared to anywhere we have stayed before. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices to make our high school boys happy. They don't do room cleaning every day which was fine with us, but they will bring you anything you need including clean towels daily or whatever you need. HOWEVER, their best selling point is their staff. Are you kidding me? I actually asked for their names because they were SO great. Niesse (not sure if that spelled that correctly), Kim, and Job were the best ever. They helped us navigate NYC and answered all our questions. They gave us food recommendations, helped us arranged travel to the airport, helped us find the best subway connections to attractions. I just cannot say enough about the staff here. It's a 10 out of 10!

It is close and convenient to the airport. So if you need to overnight to catch a next day flight, this is a great hotel at a great price. No frills. Clean. But it is on a highway so no gardens or places to walk around outside. Traffic all around. The restaurant is clean but just linoleum covered tables and the bar next to it with two pool tables where young men are noisily playing. Not a very relaxing setting and not particularly quiet or comfortable. The workers are nice in the whole hotel, helpful, and friendly.

The room needed a facelift. The door closed but it was loose so you could push on it and it moved. I had to put a piece of paper over the peephole to ensure no one could look in. Overall the property is fine for a night if you need a place to crash due to a flight delay. The staff was great, just needs some TLC.

I stayed for 1 night, was supposed to stay 2 nights. When i checked in the first room was dirty and hadnt been cleaned yet. So i then had to take my belongings out and tell the front desk and then move to a different room. When i left at one point i came back because i forgot something and the door would NOT open so had to wait for a receptionist as it said "be back in 5 minutes". Lastly after attending the event i was in town for i came back to the hotel at 10:30 pm and there was NO parking. What was i going to do? Leave my car under the ffront awning? So i had no choice but to pack my belongings and drive the few hours back home. I was so unsatisfied with this stay and the parking!

We booked through Expedia with my name, but my husband‘s credit card. When we arrived there, they did not accept the booking because it was a different name. They could have accepted it then cancelled and then we would not have re-paid. But we lost all the money. In the process of dealing with Expedia. I understand there are different names, but they should consider that if both spouses are there and have their passports then it’s not a scam.
