Amazing Stay & Great Customer Service! We had such a great experience at Silver Smith Hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We got there earlier than expected, around 1 p.m., and the hotel manager was kind enough to let us check in early so we didn’t have to wait around with our luggage until the usual 4 p.m. check-in. That was a huge help after traveling! At checkout, they also held our bags for us, which made it super convenient since our flight wasn’t until later that afternoon. The customer service overall was excellent. We also loved the vouchers they provided, which could be used for drinks or food at their on-site restaurant — definitely a nice bonus during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great hospitality.

Hotel room very comfortable. Close to Art Institute and Chicago symphony. Restaurants nearby. Service was ver good, the only issue I had was difficulty in obtaining receipt for my stay. I had to call and email at least 5 times before I received a receipt which to my surprise included a 2.5% surcharge for using a credit card.

I stayed at this hotel for just a single night with my girls. The hotel itself was very clean 10/10 and our room was better than expected. However my 3/5 is for the terrible customer service we received at breakfast by Brian. He was very rude and not helpful at all! Made me feel very uncomfortable. Enrique at valet was the best and very helpful during our entire stay!
