The staff were rude and could use a touch up on their customer service. Breakfast was disgusting. Even my 7 year old son said the eggs taste like cardboard and the toaster for the bagels is CRAP. It was either not warmed through or black.

This used to be my favorite hotel..but some things have gone downhill. Check in was annoying. I had already paid for the room but of course they needed a card for incidentals. Since i didnt have the original catd i had to go through an entire process of adding a new card. Second annoyance i needed to pay for parking but had to set up an entire new account with a different company to pay for parking. Kiosk was near the front desk.but also outside. And of course parking has gone from free to 25 to $32. One of the people in front of me complained only to be told not too graciously that other places charged more. So in short i had to give credit card number to two new companies. Now i have to cancel both nrw accounts since im very protective of my information. Prices are up but thats not a surprise but process of check in was more complicated than it should have been.

Great location. Easy walk to several restaurants such as Hooters, Dunkin Donuts, Mac’s diner, Sarapino’s Pizza. Also a supermarket called Mariano’s with a hot bar, soups, salads and much more.

Nice Hotel with high parking cost

Overall our stay was good. The location was between our family here in Chicago. The breakfast was very good. The big negative is the cost of parking was really high and nothing special about it. I would recommend this hotel but expect the extra cost of parking.

The staff at this hotel were all so very friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make it a very nice day in the average hotel. I would recommend this hotel as it is convenient right next to the train station and the shuttle will drop you off at the train station as well as the airport

Staff was top notch! From the shuttle driver who picked me up to day, middle, and night shift, including security. Ms. Nicole V, Aiden G, middle shift, all were exceptional and professional.
