The hotel was very hot, air off when got in to room, very muggy. Room very out dated. Paint in corner pealing. Some kind on mold on the bathroom floor by shower. Took sometime for hot water to warm. Main area was well kept. Ken who checked us in was very nice. Other exit areas could use some help.

We arrived late during our check in, the room smelt absolutely horrible. We understood they were booked and could not move our rooms but the next day they came in and agreed with how awful the smell of smoke was. Offered to air it out- went back that night and it still smelt awful. Did not offer to change our room… it was very uncomfortable sleeping in such a smelly room.

Very frustrated. When we areived in Wed night there was water all over the bathroom floor. We put towels down because it was late. We let the front office person know thursday morning and they said they would get it fixed. We got back late that night aand the front desk assured it was fixed. Nope, no at all. The leaks were still there. Just be honest. It was frustrating!
