Staff was really nice. $25 destination fee per day is ridiculous. No free WIFI??? what is up with that? Towels were rough. Was a beautiful place though. Our room had an awesome view. Security was very good. Our room was clean and very nice.

Came in for a couple shows and spent 2 nights at the Blackstone (first timer). South loop location with access to many of the museums. Easy Uber to any other attractions. Staff was great, hotel is historic and very clean. Next time we visit from Detroit plan on staying at the Blackstone.
