The property is beautifully designed and the staff are very attentive and friendly! The breakfast every morning was great and my favorite part was the heated air in the bathroom when you turned on the fan , it made it nice and cozy after my shower . Highly recommend and it’s only about 20-30 minutes from the Naval base .

Perfect Service In The Inn

We wanted a hotel nearby the Russell military museum. The inn was exactly that. Friendly staff who really helped me out when I was in a pickle. Jocelyn took her time to source an affordable hotel near the airport ORD on Labour Day weekend. That is an extra-ordinary service, given The Inn on Sheridan is a privately owned hotel and not part of a chain. Being on the road for 18 days, changing hotels daily, I can say that is a unique experience.

This was our first time staying here and it was very nice. They had a shuttle to Bristol which was fabulous so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Overall very nice.

We left out room for a quick walk and took nothing with us but one phone and a hotel key- we got back to the room and the inside metal latch was locked from the inside. I went to the desk for help and was greeted by the man working with absolutely no smile or personality and made me feel like a burden. He told me he had tools to help that didn’t work well so didn’t know how long it would take and we should have a seat in the Livy
