I was so tired and hungry and the restaurant was quick and the food was delicious even the dressing for my salad. I like the menu change to small bites and salads. It makes me feel Comfortable to go down to the 15 th floor alone and grab some food and sit in the pretty lobby. Thanks. Great trip.

Ordered a city view and could only see the other side of the hotel building. With that said it was on the top floor (23rd) and the firefighters were there because someone was stuck on the elevator. Elevator was down the rest of our stay. Went to the bar that had a sign that it closes at 1am, told us they were closed at 11:10 when we tried to order and said the sign must be outdated. Staff were dismissive. For the price I paid I expected a better experience. Overall not impressed.

there was multiple clusters of fake eyelashes first on a towel and then in our bed. Our towels also were not perfectly clean. It was extremely humid.

Terrible Service

The woman at the front desk was awful. She was trying to double charge us as she seemed to have no knowledge how the pre-booking process worked. Since she double charged us, my credit card flagged it as fraud and we weren’t able to check in for about an hour, which caused us to miss our dinner reservation for a birthday celebration. Almost every time we talked to a employee they were unfriendly. I was highly disappointed.

It was wonderful access to the Mart. We were there leading up to the UFC fight and which made it a little on the loud side. Other than that, it was a nice stay of the price.
