Staff and location were amazing. Traveled with two other couples, we each got Executive King Suites, pictures made the rooms look larger than they actually were. One room did not have a couch in it, two rooms did. Refrigerator is very small. Our bed was not overly comfortable. Overall good stay.

Honestly this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at before I had a reservation and my room was supposed to big a queen bed instead the gave me full size bed very uncomfortable also website says breakfast but there was no breakfast also I did talk to someone about my issue and they said that they was gonna come up to the room that they gave us when the room we reserved was ready and never did literally made us pay $300 for nothing literally it’s really ridiculous that the hotel was also false advertised

The floors look like you are on a cruise ship.. The rooms are so small and feel like a cruise ship.. The cleanliness was superb.. I hated I had to sit the garbage cans out just for them to pick up.. The elevators was confusing 😫😫.. I would rate the whole experience 5..

Lovely, clean and updated decor.

It was a lovely trip and the staff are lovely. The breakfast, including the coffee, is not free and can be charged back to your room. The lobby is on the second floor, not the ground floor where you enter off Huron St.

Great experience!!

We were in Chicago for our 22nd anniversary. The service was excellent! Brandon checked us in he was efficient, friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and plenty big enough for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and clean. Gina was our housekeeper and she was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Favorite place

The Warrick Allerton is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I am in Chicago. The room is cozy and the view of the Mag Mile was magnificent. The only issue I had was the bed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I tossed and turned most of the night.
