Upon arriving. Many red flags were seen but I tried to give it a fair chance. Many sketchy people loitering outside the building. Smelled like cigarettes in the air. Upon entering the building the front desk worker was nice. Getting checked in our room had a horrible smell, holes in our walls and holes in our bathroom door. Didnt bother to ask for a different room. Walls were dirty and had mold. I Checked out and went another way.

No words- the hotels should be ashamed. To the young man at the desk, I’m sorry that they’re working you to the BONE they way they are. I never even stayed at the hotel bc I was so put off by it. I just requested a refund. Kids in the lobby running rampant and making a mess. Like screaming profanities, trash everywhere. We waited HOURS for a room and never got one. At midnight we went to a different hotel because we were tired of waiting. Naked crackheads around the property, tweakers in the hallways and the main doors don’t lock? No thank you. Nasty, unsafe, understaffed. Do with that as you will.

Very very bad business

I booked this stay online and paid for it in advance. When I got to the hotel they told me that they did not have a room for me because they had overbooked their hotel and then the front desk personnel lied to me and said that they didn’t take the payment, which was not true. I had to call. And get the charge reversed off my credit card through your company. I am going to call the corporate office of this hotel and make a report as well.

Hello, yes there was shops nearby and excellent location. Woodsprings suites , we checked in . Went to the room there Roaches crawling, so receptionist says she will talk to her manager, she called him on phone. Sherman Thomas , manager was very careless about situation . Evicted us from there because I took a picture or video of Roaches

We waited 15 mins just for somebody to get to the desk and when came somebody finally came to desk we didn’t get no welcome just for the name and gave us our keys and told us room number. There was no carts available for the elderly waiting behind us. When returning to desk after unpacking 3 employees sit at the table arguing with somebody elderly over where one of them were. The whole place smelled really bad. You also have a group of people who apparently live here which is fine but not when you are letting 3 kids run out the parking lot throwing rocks at others hotels room windows til 11 pm at night. When going to leave at 8:30 the next morning you have an employee who is cleaning the lobby/mopping and getting mad and shaking his head at people when they are trying to walk through to leave.
