Διώροφη πέτρινη μονοκατοικία με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, δύο WC, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και σαλόνι με τζάκι, A / C, πλυντήριο ρούχων, ηλιακό λέβητα, θερμαντικά σώματα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το 2007 σύμφωνα με την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική. Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Πυργί, γνωστό για την παραγωγή μαστίχας, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Οι αυθεντικές πέτρινες καμάρες και οι πέτρινοι τοίχοι του ξενώνα, τα ψηλοτάβανα δωμάτια και οι σύγχρονες ανέσεις του, θα μπορούσαν να ικανοποιήσουν τις απαιτήσεις των επισκεπτών.
