Room was fine- clean enough. Carpet on floor was very old. Entire room smelled strange-not pleasant. Had to change rooms because sink would not drain. Also no shampoo in room. Not a good experience.

Room was very nice, although, bathtub was not handicap accessible, not enough bars to hold, slippy tub surface when wet, no place to put towel when getting out of tub after shower. Front desk staff seemed preoccupied with other stuff when checking in, couldnt find them when checking out. Breakfast was great.

The property needs badly updated & needs attention to detail. The carpets need replaced. When we arrived, the bathroom was dirty & had not been cleaned at all. The only reason we stayed was the beds were ok.

Specifically reserved a room with a garden tub as we had been on the road for over 8hrs and my wife has back issues. Was not informed prior to or even during check-in that there was a problem. Upon going to the room, discovered that there was a sign on the garden tub stating that it was out of order. Immediately went back to front desk and was informed that there was no other rooms available, I could not get a refund and I would just have to talk to the manager the next day. Contacted Expedia customer service and they were informed by the hotel that it would be several days before they could speak to a manager. So I had no choice but to spend the night. The following day I received an email from Expedia customer service stating that the hotel refused to refund even a portion of the charges. I was not trying to get a total refund but I should not have been charged for an upgraded garden tub room if the tub was out of order. I travel numerous times a year through this area to visit family (about 25 nights a year). Needless to say I will NOT be staying here ever again!!!

First room was dirty, they moved us. In the morning was out of breakfast , even no coffee. The last day we was awaken by water coming through the ceiling at 1130pm. We called the front desk and they hung the phone up on us twice. We were just booked for three nights. Never again.

I used to stay here all the time when I’d come in town to see family members so I was very shocked when I checked in to be welcomed by a very strong, moldy smell all the way up into my room and the closet in my room the smell was very unbearable and had myself and my children, coughing Throughout the night. This place needs a lot of work, but the structure of the building is still very good and the staff are very helpful.

There was an overwhelming smell of mildew throughout the motel. It was really bad. There were multiple stains on the carpet and patched holes in the walls. The check in lady was very nice and the breakfast wasn't bad!
