Kitchen is well equipped, open valued ceilings & a beautiful screened lanai w/comfy outdoor furniture to enjoy coffee & sunrises. 2 Large Bedrooms & 2 Full Baths. Master bedroom has King size bed & full on-suite bathroom upstairs. Second spacious bedroom has a Queen bed w/option of adding another queen air mattress or a single. TV's in both bedrooms & living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa with queen-sized bed. Full second bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Full kitchen with new appliances, microwave, coffee maker & coffee pod maker, evening seasonings & electric grill. Boat slip available and boat ramp within 1 minute Walk/drive across street @ Marina.
