This is a nice property with an excellent location in Christiansted. A few things to note about the listing. The entire appartment is not air conditioned, just the two bedrooms and living room. This leaves only the kitchen and small dining area without a/c but temperatures there are not typically uncomfortable. The washer and dryer are not in the apartment but are in the business on the ground floor and only accessible during business hours. The person in that business was very kind and moved my laundry from the washer to the dryer and even folded everything so I could pick it up the next day.The apartment itself was clean and well laid out, though the fact that the living room and 2nd bedroom are not completely separate (the wall is open near the ceiling) could present a problem if someone is trying to sleep while there are activities in the living room.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The common practice is to leave your extra supplies for the next renters which we found very helpful.The location is great, being only a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and government parking lot (free). I definitely recommend this location if it fits your needs
