Comfy bed very loud, downtown location. We heard sirens and trolly bells all day and night. Bathroom was spacious and mostly clean. No microwave or refrigerator in room.

The room condition was fine with the exception of some type of fragrance that was present and not very pleasant. The bathroom shower was not acceptable to the point where we both did not use it. The brackets around the glass door are dirty and the the step curb into the shower near the edge of the glass door needed a good scrubbing. The shower floor appeared to have residue on it and the edges of the bottom tiles in corners and along the bottom edge of the shower pan floor were not clean. Very disappointing. We have stayed at this hotel before and were quite happy with it, but this time the was something noticeably different. The fragrances in the hallway were also a bit overwhelming. What are the fragrances trying to cover up? The staff was perfectly fine. We will probably try somewhere different on our future trips to Cincinnati.
