The price was good for a 3 night stay. The water in the shower was ice cold Monday and Tuesday. We told them Tuesday morning. When we returned Tuesday night no one had been in the room. The room was not cleaned, trash wasn’t emptied, nor were clean towels and washcloths put in the room. I had to go and get them. The ice cold shower was not fixed, so it was sponge bath in the sink. The shower was finally fixed on Wednesday. The room was cleaned except for the floor. My socks were filthy from walking on the floor. Breakfast was a joke. There was a packaged muffin, coffee, orange juice or apple juice. That’s all.

NO hot water for our 2 night stay. We spoke to the front desk after the 1st night and it was to be fixed. It was not fixed!! We have requested a refund!! "Breakfast" was a joke! Coffee, tea and a few muffins

The room smelled terribly. The main light in the room was motion activated, so, any time anyone in the room moved at night, the lights came on. There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room. I understand, you get what you pay for but this place was nasty.

"No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out." Theft! They have found a manipulation of words. I had a multiple night stay prepaid. I showed up a day late to utilize the remainder of my prepaid stay. They had cancelled it, calling it a no show and took the money for my remaining nights.

This is an older property that they have obviously spent a lot of money remodeling and updating. You will still notice signs of it being an older property, but it is a good place to stay, at a good price. The parking lot was full, so that should give you some idea of what the regulars think of it. Don't expect a breakfast though. The muffins might not show up till after breakfast time is over. At this price point, it is a good place to stay.

Disappointing

Upon checking in, employee did not say more than 5 words to me the entire time, was completely unfriendly. Did not give me any information about breakfast times, WiFi information, where to locate the ice machine, or anything. I cannot believe that hotels no longer provide housekeeping unless you stay more than 3 days, so you have to just let garbage pile up in the one small can provided in the room.
