There was a spider in the shower. The toilet valve was leaky and made noise all the time. The AC was loud. The curtains did not overlap enough to make the room fully dark at night.

Disappointing

Showed up at 8 pm and was told room wasn't ready yet. Needed an extra place for fifth person to sleep. Was told they had no extra pillows or comforters and rollaway was not an option as person at front desk was apparently the only employee in the building?!?! This on a busy labor day weekend. Very disappointed with this Hilton property. Would but recommend.

Go Reds!

The room was very spacious and clean. We stayed one night with our two young adult kids. The breakfast was abundant and delicious!! So many options to choose from. Also, the valet guys were super nice.

I had the option of eating breakfast at 2 hotels and the room was clean and smelled nice . The hotel was conveniently located near Great America Ball Park. There are lots of bars and restaurants located nearby!
