The room was clean and the service was good. You can not select the tv chances, you have to go up and down looking for a channel. The hotel charges $10 per day for parking, which I was not aware until i got there. Also they use a lot of water softner, so it was very difficult to get rid of soap when you take a shower or wash your hands.

Good experience overall, however we were there for 4 nights, and our room was never cleaned. The policy is to clean it every 2nd or 3rd day, and we requested they not clean it until the 4th day. Never showed even after calling the front desk to request cleaning. We had to call a second time to request fresh towels and coffee pods, and the young woman who brought them to us had a very cocky, bad attitude. All other things considered, the hotel was fine.

Great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is less than 10 min from downtown Cinci and near so many other restaurants and shops a 2 min walk away. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here.

Zero notification of daily parking fee. Why is this hotel charging a $10 daily parking fee for customers? I’ve stayed in many Hampton hotels and none have ever charged a daily parking fee when you book a stay. Parking is included in your stay, at least for one vehicle! Room looked nice with a fantastic view, and hot showers. Clean towels and bedding. Crumbs in the chair and couch. Stains on furniture. Breakfast was disappointing. Poor choices for kids. Fresh fruit was melon, apple, oranges. Didn’t restock the muffins or yogurt throughout the entire breakfast time so if you had late risers, your selection was very slim. No apple or cranberry juice for kids. No chocolate milk selection. Overall the hotel was nice and a great location but it was overpriced due to spring break, then add the parking fee and it was the deal breaker for us. Feels like the customer is being taken advantage of because where else could we park and the hotel knows this.
