The room was great. It was spotless and beautiful. The staff were all very friendly. We even hung out in the lobby and played cards and watcjed a football game. The location is the reason we choose this hotel. We were in walking distance to lots of things, including the casino.

We went on a last minute trip for the kids holiday break and needed two connecting rooms. I called to see how to best get this done and Natalie at the property was AMAZING! She helped me get things set up and helped us once we got there as well! She was amazing (as was everyone we interacted with), and went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Positives: location, cleanliness of room and bathroom, great shower, proximity of nice places to eat. Areas to improve: greeting guests upon arrival (the receptionists just carried on chatting to each other when we arrived). Pool needs to be cleaned and heated. It was cold and therefore useable. Bed not particularly comfortable.
