Great hotel, well maintained, room was beautiful and quiet. A beds a little firm for my taste but that's a personal preference. I did not ache when I woke up so that's good enough!

Seriously, need some renovation from main entry door to elevator. Entire property is so outdated it almost felt like lower flaged hotel. So many water bubbles patches on walls everywhere inside room by ac to back lobby door. Overall service and cleanliness is good, but you cant hide dated property.

Hotel room was clean. The main complaint I had was the toilet never stopped running and the wakman at the front desk when i checked in didn't really seem to know what she was doing. She kept trying to charge my card for the room stay even though i had already been charged. I had to show he my credit card statement and my receipt from hotels.com for her to stop. She tried to charge my card for the full stay 4 times before i was able to get her to stop. Thankfully i used a credit card and not my debit card or it would have ruined the entire trip. Other than that no problems with our stay.
