The room was nice but I had an issue when checking in. I booked a double bed room and when I was checking in the guy said I only booked a single queen. My itinerary had it down as a double bed. Of course it cost me extra money which I wasn’t very happy about but what can I do. I guess from now on I’ll have to keep all my booking info ready in case this ever happens again. I travel a lot and have never had this happen to me in the past. I’ve actually stayed at this same exact hotel a couple different times In the past and have never had any problems.

We had to be reassigned to three different rooms, the first two rooms doors would not shut or lock. Also the bathroom was not the cleanest with multiple stains. The front staff was friendly though.
