For a stay at this time of year, it was less than ideal. The hallway smelled SO bad we nearly didn’t even go into our room. The room was OK. Bed and carpet were clean, but the bathroom was such that we opted to not shower in the morning. The staff was friendly. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money to just sleep for a night so I can see how this hotel would be great for Cincinnati games, events, etc. But I don’t believe we’d book a future stay here under any circumstances

We left as soon as we read the reviews of someone’s recent stay. They stayed in the room next us and reported bed bugs and took pictures of bites. So we checked out before even staying

Cigarette burns on the blankets. Odd stains all over the couch. The entire hotel reeks of smoke and weed. Disgusting. Also - it seems that the entire homeless population shows up for the hotel breakfast. Now I'm all for feeding the homeless but the hotel needs some management.

Our curtains had holes. The hallway reeked of smoke. Our room had a mixed scent of strong urine and smoke. The bathroom walls were dirty. One of the soaps was open There was a full iron burn in our carpet Our t.v. didnt work until a kind employee fixed it for us. The wall closest to the bed had a giant crack. Unfortunately, this place was just gross and we'd really like to be refunded

I had an absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we arrived, the staff behavior felt strange and unwelcoming, which immediately set a bad tone. The hotel itself smelled strongly of cigarettes and gave off an overall feeling of neglect and poor upkeep. The room was genuinely gross. The bedding appeared dirty and unclean, and within minutes of being in the room we found a bug in the bed, which was unacceptable and alarming. On top of that, there was a homeless man clearly living in the parking garage, which made the situation feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The entire environment felt unclean, poorly managed, and unsettling. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not even feel safe or confident confronting the front desk about the issues, and the hotel was completely unstayable. This was not just an inconvenience, it was an experience that made us feel unsafe and uneasy enough to book a new hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
