So we found out from a former employee 2 women were sexually assaulted in the hotel in February "security" said they thought they were fighting. So they did nothing and the pool was completely covered in algae and freezing cold. Ended up leaving early and going to another hotel across town.

The outlets by the bed did not work. Which did not know that til late in the evening. Could not use my C-PAP machine. Shower was warm at best. Other than those two issues everything was very good. Very clean and staff was very nice.

Room door very hard to close, tub drain stopped up, conduit hanging loose on wall, door lock broken, elevator sounds very much in need of lubrication/repair. Needs a lot of maintenance.

You had to pay for breakfast so we did not participate with that. They charged my credit card when I was supposed to pay at the property. They did it beforehand. The bathroom was just horrible and it’s so much to repair couldn’t even hardly flush the toilet. Our dresser was three drawers that look like a desk. It is not up to good standards at all. It’s it’s a riverfront property. It is not a riverfront property. You have to look across a whole bunch of buildings to see the water. It’s old. It needs a lot of work. I’m very disheartened. We had a lot of places that we could’ve chosen to stay at. we chose there and I am beyond disappointed that they don’t have enough staff in their bar in restaurant. We had to wait forever to get food and drinks, not a happy camper I don’t hardly ever go on vacation and I was expecting a lot more out of the Radisson brand and was very unimpressed!!

Hotel was in a convenient location. Views from rooms very nice of Cincinnati. Can walk to Mainstrasse town; which was very cute and had great dining options. Our hotel did not have dinner in their restaurant; which was closed, but served breakfast. No room service either. But the website gave it as an option. Beds were comfortable. Our shower did not work. Lampshade above bed was ripped. Stains on carpet. The hotel is in need of a remodel. The shower not working was the biggest complaint.
