Excelente servicio al cliente, los empleados son muy respetuosos y amigables hacen todo lo posible por brindarte cualquier tipo de ayuda. Las comodidades que te ofrecen como el desayuno, servicios de lavandería y viajes a tus citas consulares facilitan tu estancia dándote más tiempo para relajarte así disfrutar más de tu viaje, Un lugar muy seguro y cercano a los centros comerciales y restaurantes. The room was very clean and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. But the best part was the excellent customer service; all the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the consulate, convenience stores, and restaurants.

Everyone there was very courteous and friendly, they will answer any question also they have a lawyer on site if you have any questions, they will print any document with a small charge,they will come and clean your room if you like to, breakfast was free and very good, the restaurant has a few options for breakfast and lunch and what we ate was delicious. We had a comfortable stay, hot shower, water stations to refill, stores and restaurants on walking distance, taxi services on site and they transport you to your appointments to the Consular office for free but charge for anywhere you like to go. It was very convenient for us . We had a good experience here.
