The property is in good shape and the beds are comfortable. I really liked the fact there is a shopping center with restaurants within walkable distance, which makes it super convenient. But with that comes a price, there is a restaurant/bar next to the hotel and their music is super loud, they don't close until 2 am so you won't be able to sleep well. One thing that made my stay awful was the staff and their customer service, we reserved 7 rooms and we came from different states for an event. We wanted to enjoy each other and get in the pool and hot tub. The first day we hot there the pool and hot tub were dirty. The following day it was clean but we asked the staff for the hot tub to be turned on because the water was cold. The first person said they didn't know how to turn it on, the second person we asked said they weren't sure it was working, then I asked on of the maintenance staff if ge could turn in on and he said he was going to ask I also asked who the manager was and he mentioned the manager was not there on weekends. They finally turned the jets on after waiting approx 2.5 hrs. Another thing the breaskfast they offer is awful even the coffee was really bad. The kitchen ladies have the worst attitude, the way they talk to you it's like if you are making their life miserable by eating there. Front staff wasn't great. The only staff that has good manners and treat you well are the housekeepers, big difference in their attitude. Also they lack a large seating area. 6/
