The room look like it wasn’t used in months, no remote to the TV the beds were not comfortable did not have hot water. Called the front desk and I said I don’t speak Spanish and they hang up on me. The lady at the front desk was not nice at all. Next time I will pay the extra money. But the lobby is beautiful

This property used to be a great place to to stay and has gone downhill in the last couple years. Limited amenities, outdated, old bedding, old towels, it was a horrible experience overall. I would not recommend this place anymore. My advice to everyone is to explore other options.
