“The Queen's Quarters,” hosted by Byers & Harvey is a thoughtfully designed three-story duplex that offers flexible options for any occasion. This listing includes a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit and a lit rooftop terrace that offers skyline views of the city. There is another half-bath on the top floor that is shared with the building. The ground level may be rented separately for corporate events.

GUEST ACCESS:
We have a designated parking area directly in front the building and an overflow gravel lot located to the left as well. The left door behind the building is the primary access point. We have a system of smartlocks on all entryways, so there's no need to worry about losing keys during your stay! You will receive a custom door code within 72 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies that you can contact via phone, email, or direct messaging.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
