Memorable Hotel Experience.

Dinner was tasty, but wasn’t served hot. Waiter was friendly, but didn’t know to remove dirty plates before offering dessert. Menu design is horrible, tiny print made it difficult to read without a giant magnifying mirror. Stargazing was amazing & fun. Front seat staff was excellent. Housekeeping cut corners, sheets smelled clean but yellow and brown stains were visible. Food crumbs in our dome on floor. The property is new so working out the detail is probably a work in progress. I would recommend this experience and all they offer. It is unique and memorable.

There needs to be larger trash cans in the bathroom and kitchen for people who stay longer. We both feel something should be figured out so cell service is available for guests staying in the domes. It’s vital guests can be reached by their families and trip plans can be made.

This place was so cool. We saw shooting stars while laying in our comfortable bed. Unit can get warm but closing the curtains helps. Lots of activities and a decent restaurant onsite.

Such a fun experience. Absolutely loved lying in bed gazing at the stars. Staff was very helpful and responsive to minor problem with heating. Breakfast was very good, the French toast was amazing.

A great idea and cool place. Staff seemed a bit inexperienced, especially in the restaurant. Restaurant was way over priced for food/service but kinda expect that as a tourist. Our dome leaked and soaked a pair of my wife's boots. Kinda glad we did a night there but 1 night was plenty.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. We arrive just before sunset and enjoyed sunset and our own beverages at our dome. The accommodations were well thought out including a blanket and slippers along with a very fluffy robes. We opened the drapes to enjoy the star gazing throughout the night. We woke up at 3 pm and saw the milky way so prominently we went outside to enjoy the entire experience. Breakfast was wonderful at the early hour of 7 am - we had an early hike in the Cottonwood narrows. The resort is so well positioned among so many lower Utah attractions, as well as offering resort sponsored expenses. The day before our reservation we received several e-mail offering resort options for experiences. We also learned that a new Moab Clear Sly resort is being constructed. We are definitely interested!!
