Last minute booking for work. I didn't read the very clear email explaining how to check in. So turned up unprepared. Called the number on the door. A very helpful lady on the phone didn't judge my lack of planning and explained everything to me. Room was exceptionally clean. I had everything I needed. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was superb. Highly highly recommend. I wasn't there for the location but was just a few metres from the promenade.

Safe parking area limited but we always found a spot to park.Hotel location is perfect for walks along promenade and highstreet.Breakfast always brilliant and greeted with a smile from friendly & helpful staff.Hotel overall is clean. Staff ready to listen and offer to move rooms if needed. The room spotless just forgot to point out that shower head needs to be cleaned

Lovely clean room. Breakfast was a surprise as there is bacon eggs beans ect, we weren't expecting hot food as it says continental breakfast. Obviously cereals, fruit, yogurt and Croissants ect. Staff were very attentive and friendly at breakfast time.

Good value for money

Stayed one night in a comfortable clean room. Upgrade superior room well worth it. Parking was limited but great to be off-road and free. Very good for seaside town. Easy access check-in with pre-advised key codes and good quality breakfast. Excellent location about 3 minute walk from promenade and easy access to multiple restaurants /bars, yet quiet at night.

The breakfast choice was great. Dining room was pristine and the food choice and quality was lovely. The room however overlooked a yard with a dirty old wet mattress for the view. The toilet pedestal and the amount of pubic hairs around the toilet floor was foul.

Short Stay in Cleethorpes

The hotel is well located close to the town centre and seafront for easy access to most attractions and shops. There is no reception so you get your codes emailed to you - completely didn't realise this as hadn't got an email in the morning before travelling (it came later) though did ring up the staff and they were understanding and got me in, with all information being resent. We booked really nice small double for a fair price in July - it even had a fridge to keep our drinks cool during wet but humid weather. Yeah, the bed was just about adequate for two, but it was cosy and we slept well for the entire stay. Didn't realise we had breakfast with the booking, so it was nice to get up for that. Food was fresh and the lady who handled it was lovely. There was on odd smell in our bathroom, but we think it was just how the drains in the building were, and was ignorable - the bathroom was really clean, so can't fault that. The hotel is really well maintained, all public areas in good condition, and check out was straightforward. I do highly recommend!

Great location, good value for money. Nice breaky

Clear check-in instructions received that were easy to follow. Room was clean. 2x bottles of drinking water were in the room which was appreciated. A nice breakfast included and I believe parking may have been free but I forgot about this and paid to stay in the pay'n'display car park across the road. Excellent value for money. Great location if attending events in Cleethorpes.
