Appartement vétuste et humide

Nous comprenons pourquoi le logement est sur Abritel et non loué à l’année en vue de sa vétusté… Moissisure conséquente dans la salle de bain, le papier peint se décolle à cause de l’humidité dans l’une des chambres qui cause d’ailleurs une gêne au niveau des bronches pour ceux qui dorment dedans, la fenêtre du séjour ne ferme pas correctement et laisse passer l’air, même problème avec les portes des wc, de la salle de bain et même la porte d’entrée qui ne ferment pas correctement, la poignée de la porte d’entrée tournant dans le vide. La propreté est ok d’une manière globale vu l’état de l’appartement mais la vaisselle était graisseuse. De plus, la télécommande du garage ne fonctionnait pas, nous obligeant à faire le tour a pied en rentrant dans l’immeuble pour ouvrir la porte à chaque fois. Les photos retouchées sont loin d’être représentatives de la réalité.
